Do you mean with my Multipage Toolkit plugin?

If so, you need to add the following to your themes style sheet (normally called style.css)

contentjumpnumber { padding: 0px 5px 0px 5px;}

The above example adds 5 pixels of padding to the left and right side of the page numbers.
